Dr. Jaime Friedman, Founder

Dr. Jaime Friedman holds a Psy.D. in School Psychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She is a licensed psychologist specializing in biopsychosocial assessments to determine the medical necessity of Behavioral Health Services. Dr. Friedman has a robust background in psycho-educational testing and psychological services across various educational settings such as districts, charter schools, and cyber schools. She founded Aspire in 2016, initially as a solo practitioner, and has expanded the practice to offer comprehensive Clinical Assessments and Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) for children diagnosed with behavioral health conditions. Dr. Friedman also provides psychological evaluations and professional staff support for public, private, and charter schools, covering an array of professionals including general and special education teachers, school psychologists, occupational therapists, and more.

Drew Friedman, CEO

Drew Friedman, a pioneer in the security industry, co-founded Shred One Security Corporation and led its growth until its successful acquisition in 2018. Transitioning to behavioral health and education thereafter, Drew now serves as the CEO of Aspire Child & Family Services. Under his leadership, Aspire has become a key provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for families with autism and offers extensive educational solutions to schools. Drew's leadership is characterized by program innovation, financial expertise, and a steadfast commitment to quality services. He actively engages in community outreach, advocacy, and legislative initiatives aimed at fostering positive societal impacts.

Jennie England, Chief Operating Officer

Jennie England is a seasoned professional dedicated to making profound impacts in psychology and behavioral health. She graduated with a B.A. from West Chester University and earned a Master’s in Human Services Psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Jennie honed her expertise in pediatric feeding disorders at the Kennedy Krieger Institute and worked at Melmark Residential Treatment Facility, focusing on functional analysis and treatment for severe behavioral issues. She later developed a passion for early intervention while in Boston, teaching core skills like play, communication, and social interaction. As COO at Aspire Child & Family Services, Jennie is committed to delivering high-quality clinical services and ensuring exceptional support for children.

Anna Marie D'Alessio, Director of Talent Acquisition

Anna Marie D'Alessio brings over 20 years of experience in training, recruiting, and sales to her role as Director of Talent Acquisition at Aspire. With a strong foundation in Economics and Business Administration from Ursinus College and teaching certification in K-12 Computer and Business Education from Delaware Valley University, Anna excels in strategic leadership. Her tenure at KLOVER as Talent Acquisition Manager showcased her ability to develop robust recruiting processes and achieving statewide recognition for workforce development. At Aspire, Anna drives transformative recruitment strategies and fosters community engagement and mentorship.

Emily Burke, Operations Manager

Emily Burke is a dedicated education professional with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a Master's in Special Education from Saint Joseph's University. Her career includes roles as a special education teacher and Director of Special Education, providing her with a deep understanding of the field's challenges and opportunities. Emily remains committed to professional development, continuously updating her knowledge on best practices and emerging trends in special education. As Operations Manager at Aspire, she is passionate about ensuring inclusive and effective educational support for students with diverse needs.
